Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Aircrafttracks Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
